All-Purpose Salve (Unscented)
Great for extra dry skin, minor cuts and scrapes, non-blistering burns, and for all your external daily face and body moisturizing needs. (It’s a great lip balm too!) Do not apply to deep, open wounds or severe burns.
Herbal ingredients Chamomile, Calendula, Meadowsweet, and Plantain are all known for their skin soothing and healing properties. I use homegrown or locally sourced herbs and slowly infuse them into Pennsylvania-grown and pressed sunflower oil before adding them into each batch of salve.
My all-purpose salve contains no added fragrance of any kind. I not only love the sweet, natural aroma of all the ingredients together, but I also feel that fragrances of any kind (synthetic or natural) in products intended for everyday use are really not necessary or healthy for long term use!
As with any oil and wax based product, this salve will be more firm in colder conditions, and softer in warmer ones, and may liquefy in very warm conditions, so please use caution when opening if its been on a sunny windowsill or in a hot car all day!
Hand-Dipped Candles
My large and small taper candles, and birthday candle sets are all carefully hand-dipped by me, using natural, wire-free hemp wicks, and local and regional raw beeswax. The pure beeswax gives them a natural golden color and a sweet honey aroma.
Natural beeswax products will form a “bloom” after some curing time — it is the whitish film you see on the outside of some 100% beeswax candles. I choose not to remove it as it is totally natural, and in my opinion, adds its own beauty to the item.
Hand-Poured Candles
My hand-poured candles come in a variety of containers, and contain either wire-free hemp wicks, or crackling wood wicks. The wax is a blend of my usual local/regional beeswax, and organic soy wax. I rarely add fragrance, usually relying on a bit of dried, powdered spices mixed in to create a soft, pleasant scent, but occasionally I will add a very small bit of essential oils to certain batches.
The crackling wood wicks I used last year can be a pain to light and keep lit. I find that keeping the wax pool small and relighting a bunch of times when the candle is new helps to condition them and keep them happier for future burns.
Soaking Salts
Bathing Salts & Foot Soaks – My bathing salts and foot soaks are a blend of various natural salts, Epsom salt, hand-powdered colloidal oatmeal, Bentonite clay, varied dried botanicals, and varied essential oils. They’re packaged in a reusable muslin teabag for ease of diffusing into the bath for those who don’t want the hassle cleanup of little fiddly herb and flower bits after a nice soak. And of course for those with ancient plumbing that absolutely cannot be sending a bunch of stuff down the drains.
All ingredients are skin-safe and non-irritating for most individuals, excluding those with known allergies or sensitivities. (All ingredients are clearly listed on each pouch.)

Carrot + Tea Tree – Cold Process Soap
A handmade, vegan, cold process soap created with local or homegrown Carrot puree. Tea Tree essential oil for fragrance.
Chamomile + Calendula – Cold Process Soap
A handmade, vegan, cold process soap created with a strong infusion of homegrown Chamomile, Calendula, and Marigold blossoms. No added fragrance, just pure, natural, soapy sweetness.
Charcoal + Clay – Cold Process Soap
A handmade, vegan, cold process soap. Swirled layers of activated charcoal and Bentonite clay. No added fragrance.
Charcoal + Mint – Cold Process Soap
A handmade, vegan, cold process soap created with a strong infusion of homegrown mint leaves, activated charcoal, and Peppermint and Spearmint essential oils.
Coffee + Lemongrass + Sage “Kitchen Hand Soap” – Exfoliating Cold Process Soap
A handmade, vegan, cold process soap created with a strong infusion of coffee, with fine coffee grounds throughout for gentle exfoliation. Lemongrass and Sage essential oils for fragrance. Excellent for extra dirty hands from the garden or workshop. Also great for removing food prep odors from skin — and this soap can absolutely be used in the shower too!
Everything But the Kitchen Sink – {Limited Run} Cold Process Soap
This handmade, vegan, cold process soap is named for its extensive blend of essential oils (I consolidated the dregs of MANY bottles during a soap kitchen clean-up). These bars have a clean, fresh, herbaceous scent with a primary note of citronella.
Forest – Cold Process Soap
A handmade, vegan, cold process soap swirled with a powdered blend of dried Chaga, Cordyceps, and Maiitake mushrooms, with a strong infusion of Eastern White Pine needles and Hickory bark. A custom, woodsy essential oil blend gives this one a musky, earthy scent.
Lavender – Cold Process Soap
A handmade, vegan, cold process soap created with a strong infusion of homegrown Lavender buds, and Lavender essential oil for a fresh, herbaceous, natural Lavender aroma.
Maple Spice – {Seasonal} Cold Process Milk Soap
A handmade, cold process milk soap created with local sheep, cow, and/or goat milk, homemade Maple syrup, and ground Cinnamon, Cloves, Allspice, and Cardamom. No added fragrance, just the light aroma from the added spices.

A handmade, cold process soap, created with freshly pressed homemade or local cider, and ground, dried Cinnamon and Allspice. Cinnamon Leaf essential oil added for fragrance.

A handmade, cold process, milk soap created with local sheep, cow, and/or goat milk, local honey, and hand-ground organic oats. No added fragrance, just the warm, subtle aroma of honey and oats in natural, handmade soap.

A hand-milled/hot process soap made each year from the cutting scraps and skinny loaf ends of every batch of soap I made throughout the year. Named for the Pennsylvania Dutch meat scrap food product, but rest assured — while Scrapple the soap contains the scraps of dairy and lard and/or beef tallow soaps, it has exactly zero other meat byproducts in it, and it smells nothing like its culinary namesake, instead having a mild aroma of cinnamon and spices.
Star Anise – {Seasonal} Cold Process Soap
A handmade, vegan, cold process soap with Star Anise essential oil for a warm, licorice-like fragrance. Each bar is topped with a beautiful dried Star Anise seed pod.
Unscented – Cold Process Soap
